to 1987. Responsibilities included management of the Child Care Referral
Program and Business and Industry Project; supervision of staff and
volunteers; development of the computerized referral system; development

Affirmative Action Plan and served as the Affirmative Action Officer;
researched and implemented a flexible benefit program, responsible for
